Deep Vibrations, Deep Peace: My First Sound Therapy
I recently took my first 45-minute sound therapy session, and I was so engaged in the experience that I didn’t even notice the time flow. It was a totally new and profound experience. I felt the powerful vibrations of the sound for the first time, which immediately ushered me into a state of deep meditation. The most intense and moving part was having the sound bowl placed directly on my chest; it was absolutely mesmerizing. For mental peace and personal growth, such alternative therapies are a must-try—a much-needed break from our daily hectic lives.
